It will provide more than 700 women with maternal and child health education sessions as well as expand their local hospital’s maternity ward. These sessions will allow a nurse to access women who are not able to get to the health centre, or do not know that they can use the health centre to deliver their babies.

Not only will the sessions promote the use of a safe birthing environment in the health centre, they will also cover important topics such as nutrition and disease prevention.

Knowledge will empower these women to make well informed decisions for themselves and their families, equipping them for a happier and healthier future.
